Marketing, Sales and Management Support (m/w/d)
Description
We are looking for support for the following tasks as soon as possible:
- Central contact person for our customers
- Presentation of our portfolio to our new customers
- Maintenance of customers in Hubspot database
- Updating the homepage with the latest information
- Design of the homepage according to requirements
- Creation of landing pages
- Marketing campaigns using artificial intelligence (AI)
- Collecting and convincing our customers up to the LOI (sales tasks)
- Review of presentations and any documents (quality assurance)

- You will find documentation as part of your task
- You can present our portfolio well and place it with new customers
- You are very motivated to turn a small company into a very efficient and medium-sized company.
Qualifications
- Communication design, visual communication
- Webdesigner/in
- Marketing, Sales
- AI Manager/in
- Completed studies or equivalent training (e.g., communication design, visual communication) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Very good command of German and English
- You bring more than five years of professional experience in the public sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
