Senior IT Consultant (m/w/d) 
Description
  • Shaping the digitization of public administration and advising authorities at state level
  • Sustainable and intuitive co-design of administration services Web and open source based, available anytime, anywhere
  • In addition to the form configuration, certain preparations must be initiated and communicated to d-NRW so that the forms can be used fully
  • Identification of authorities accepting the application (VSM)
  • The payment terms should be stored in the system (IBAN) and the corresponding accesses for the authorities should be created in the ticket system JIRA (Jira accesses), so that the application can be accepted and processed.
Responsibilities
  • Advising authorities at state level on the digitization of public administration
  • Recording and evaluating requirements
  • Co-design web and open source based management services
  • Handling communication with various stakeholders
  • Identification and evaluation of contact persons, fee information and legal bases
Qualifications
  • Completed studies (e.g., law, administrative informatics, engineering sciences) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in agile project management, ideally in the public sector
  • Certification in PRINCE2®, PMI or similar
  • Knowledge of IT technology Environment
  • ITIL® 2011 or 4.0 certification, at least in Foundation
  • Good knowledge of data protection GDPR, best with certification as DPO via EXIN
  • Good knowledge of ISO27001 and BSI, best with certification
  • Good knowledge of open source tools
  • Affinity to IT architecture or enterprise architecture
  • Experience in requirements management, IREB certification will be very happy to see
  • TOGAF certification is very welcome
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good command of German and English
  • You bring more than five years of professional experience in the public sector
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
